Ashley Darby
Ashley Darby, an American TV personality and singer, is a popular American. She gained notability after winning Miss District of Columbia in 2011, and is a main cast member of The Real Housewives of Potomac since the show's inception in January 2016. Ashley Darby's interests include philanthropy and hospitality as well as holistic health. As a Maryland resident with a fiery persona, Ashley was infused with perseverance and a unstoppable desire to be successful. Ashley was the oldest of her family and began to hold multiple jobs as young children. She was able to support her mother as she is single and her two younger siblings. As she grew older, she enrolled at college at the University of Maryland and bartended on the side to help keep her and her family financially sound. Ashley, who was bartending at the time, got noticed by Miss District of Columbia Pageant. The contest was won in 2011! Ashley was met by Michael Darby, an Australian millionaire in real estate who is 29 years older than her. Ashley discovered a whole new world. Ashley and Michael were married and became their proud grandparents of Dean Michael in 2019 and Dylan Matthew in 2021. While they remained for an entire eight years together, the pair officially quit in 2022. Ashley is a certified yoga instructor who believes the importance of balance to inner peace as well as outer physical fitness. Ashley has had the most enjoyable time and still trying to find a balance between the love of her family and business. Ashley's profession is television personality. At first she worked as bartender as her family was in need of cash. Although she has been obsessed with fashion and entertainment since very young, it was not until afterward that her passion was recognized. She took part in the pageant and put her all into it. She won both the Miss District of Columbia title in 2011, as well. Followed by this she also was a participant as Miss America in Miss America pageant but even although she did not win the title, she was able to be awarded a scholarship. She was awarded a scholarship worth $5000, and was also awarded her the John Curran Non-Finalist Interview Award.
